Highlights of the Lionistic Year 2007-2008

November 2-4, 2007 – Medical Mission to Hermisilio, Mexico, performed 44 eye cataract surgeries. Club twinning with Hermisillo Kino Lions Club.
February 14-22, 2008 – Medical Mission to Bacolod City, Philippines. A team of 38 left the US soil (with eight already in Manila) to go to the Philippines. An alliance of 15 Lions Clubs in the Philippines received this mission. Accomplishments: Performed 174 eye cataract surgeries, distributed 6,000 pair of recycled glasses and conducted over 200 Diabetes screenings. The Club twinned with the Bacolod City Host Lions Club.
